Being one of the more newer master planned communities in south O.C., Rancho Santa Margarita has all of the amenities that families are looking for; great parks, shopping dining and entertainment, and this little hillside town has all of that and more. Just like Mission Viejo, this city has a lake that attracts homebuyers and visitors. I have seen many of my favorite performers here as well, as Rancho Santa Margarita hosts live concerts on the lake too.

There are many communities within the boundaries of Rancho Santa Margarita that are all unique and beautiful. One of my favorites is Dove Canyon, which is very similar to Coto De Caza, in that it is very exclusive and boasts some of the nicest neighborhoods and properties in Orange County. Others such as Portola Ranch and Robinson Ranch offer very nice homes in terrific neighborhoods that are actually quite affordable.

I absolutely love this area. It backs to, and is integrated into, the Rancho Santiago hills. Would you believe that on a clear day, you can see all the way to Newport Beach from some of the homes here?! Everything is new here, so you just get a really good felling as you drive through to communities.

I really appreciate the effort and attention to detail and character that was built in to the planning of this city. The parks are plentiful and you can even find skate parks and water parks sprinkled throughout the neighborhoods. In case you have figured this out yet, I love shopping and dining, and on the edge of town there is an enormous town center that has no shortage of places to visit.
